It's well-documented that Third Wave will improve your coffee brews, but I had some reservations. How can such a small amount of minerals have such a big impact? But it's true - this product used with distilled water makes an almost unbelievable difference in the taste of my morning coffee. I was so blown-away by the difference I actually concerned it was in my head - so I had people blind taste test coffee made with and without Thrid Wave. Every single person that sampled noted a significant improvement in the taste, and the precieved quality of the coffee made with Thrid Wave. I now use Thrid Wave for all my coffee in all my machines - none of which have developed noticable scaling after months of use. For the skeptics out there - give it a shot.
