In my experience, I can recommend "Fresh Start 2000" as the best grout cleaner. Mix it with water. Use a spray bottle to apply. Scrub with a small stiff brush. Simple and easy to use and it will make your grout look new again. Full cure time for Aqua Mix Gold is 24 hours. Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats if applying more than 1 coat. Ready for surface traffic in 2 hours after final coat. Keep grout lines dry for 12 hours after final coat. Aqua Mix Gold penetrates grout. I recommend 2 coats for a long lasting protective seal.
