At first, when I got my package, I was so excited to try it, I tried it warm, which I do not recommend, but once it gets cold, it is so good, I feel a difference in my energy level and just overall wellness, I would highly recommend this product, will be buying more!!

I have been taking blue sparilla sea moss sense May 15th 2025. I'm on my 4th jar. I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm fifty seven years old and I feel amazing! No Ace, no pains, no menopause hot flashes, tons of energy and mental clarity is amazing. With menopause you can get brain fog and it's completely gone. My stomach has becoming like It's usual self again. During my metapause journey I have gained about ten pounds and it was all on my hips and stomach. It's slowly but surely melting off. In addition to my usual healthy eating I think incorporating the super nutrient food has gotten me back to my normal body chemistry. I've always been a healthy active person who ate a balanced diet.However ,as we age somehow our body doesn't receive the vitamins and minerals as easily as at once did. This truly is a super food that I keep sharing with my friends. I'm so eternally grateful for this product and will continue to take it. I don't take my regular vitamins anymore either. I get everything I need from this, and nutritious whole food.You won't regret purchasing and you'll get your life back.

I've only been using this a few days and already feel a difference. My energy level might be a slight bit improved, but I cannot state that with full confidence. I do suffer from gut issues, and can say with certainty that it has already helped with some of those issues. I'm definitely going to purchase more simply based off my experience so far. The apple cinnamon flavor is mild and pleasing, looking forward to trying others.

I got the apple and cinnamon flavor for my first try. The taste is good, like apple sauce. The texture is a little more slimey, but its not bad. Totally worth all the benefits of sea moss!

I went through so many reviews and it seems people either love this stuff or hate it. I followed a recommendation to get the pineapple & mango as the most palatable and I think it has the consistency and taste of Jell-O. Very easy to take. I noticed better regularity in my bowel movements within the first few days and definitely less bloating by the afternoon. I have a pair of jeans that usually gets tight after my second meal of the day and they were fine even after dinner! At the end of my first jar, I could see improvement in my skin. I don't really have many issues at 41 but I'd say it gave me more of a glow and my typically dry skin felt less tight right after washing my face or getting out of the shower. I will definitely be buying again, maybe even trying another flavor but I do recommend this one!!

I kept seeing this all over my "for you page" on TikTok so I figured I needed to give it a try. My favorite flavor is blue raspberry, so I felt like this was safe, but you only get a hint of that in this. The texture is fine, pretty loose compared to other brands i've seen. The smell is off putting honestly, and the taste after lingers in your mouth for awhile. It was sealed great, and directions to use are very straight forward. I'm going to try blending this into smoothies because I don't feel I can handle taking a spoon or 2 a day of this.

Only giving it 4 right now based on taste, I just tried it today and it absolutely tastes like cinnamon apple sauce, I did sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of the spoon. I can't comment on benefits yet, but will after a month of using it. I was so scared to try this as I've heard sea moss tastes terrible and like fish. While there is a bit of aftertaste of like seaweed, its not bad. If you like sushi, you won't have a problem with it. Hopefully I see good things with this and will continue to purchase if I do. It also does smell like apple sauce. As I sit here writing this, the after tastes also kinda reminds me of how leather smells.... sounds weird but not a bad thing it goes away as I drink my water.
