I’m in love with this cast iron paniyaaram pan! I’ve been looking for a cast iron pan that’s compatible with a glass-top stove for a long time, and this one did not disappoint.It comes pre-seasoned, so there’s no additional seasoning effort needed. The paniyaarams come out perfectly cooked, beautifully golden, and without sticking to the pan.For the best results, lightly oil the pits and allow the pan to get hot enough before pouring in the batter. Pour in the batter, cover with the lid, and in less than 5 minutes, your paniyaarams are ready to flip. Once they’re properly cooked, they flip effortlessly without sticking.The key is to be patient and let them cook well before flipping. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this pan and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality cast iron paniyaaram pan, especially for a glass-top stove.
