It’s appoximately 2 inches short.PROS: Very well made, and I love that it matches the interior of my bag perfectly.FINAL CONCLUSION: Even though it doesn’t fit my 40 perfectly, I have decided to keep it. My bag no longer has the awful drooping in the center. In the above picture, you can tell it’s a little short on the left side where my bag isn’t completely shaped.
