A tip for new users: make sure to soak the gel balls for at least 3-4 hours to let them fully expand. The first time we used it, I didn’t soak them long enough, and it caused some jamming. After soaking them longer and adding more water, everything worked flawlessly. Also, don’t forget to empty the ammo chamber after each game, or the leftover gel balls might shrink and cause problems later.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ battery won't charge

Edit: spoke with the seller & they immediately agreed to send a new charger/battery...item arrived with damaged battery or charging cable. The USB cable does not charge the battery regardless of chargers I've tried. The light on the cable turns red for about 15 seconds & then turns off rather than charging & turning green when it is fully charged. I'd prefer not to return the entire product & just get a replacement for the cable, but that hasn't been an option when communicating with Amazon's automated customer service. I'd be happy to write a better review if the part is replaced, but I have yet to be able to use the item at all.
