The waistband doesn’t stretch like the rest of the Jean material does, which stretches really nicely! I really like the skirt and am now going to have to modify it somehow (argh, I don’t have a sewing machine) unless the seller can offer me one in the next size up. Seriously sturdy, it is Clash brand and extremely well made! I wear a size 16/18 and the 2x fits good, but after wearing for a bit, it gets baggy around the waist.
