Super easy to set up too and I’m nearly 70. I have a double bed and bought two which you will need and I have a decent mattress that came rolled up with a 4 inch topper. Considering what ugly hospital beds look like, the cost is so worth it. I am just thrilled with this purchase and build quality. I only wish I had found this solution sooner :) BTW if you get two for a double you will want the sync add on.

**Q: Is the CosyLift difficult to install?**
A: No matter which bed system you use: you can simply place your CosyLift under the mattress and it’s ready to go. The CosyLift is also compatible with any mattress. This makes adjustability in the bedroom accessible and usable for everyone.

**Q: Do I need to take my old slatted frame out of my bed?**
A: If you have a bed with a slatted frame, you don’t need to replace or even throw away your slatted frame. The CosyLift can simply be placed under the mattress on the slats of the slatted frame. As a result, no replacement is necessary.

**Q: I have a double bed and would like to electrically adjust my whole bed. Is that possible?**
A: You can adjust the double bed or wide mattresses over 140 cm in parallel across the entire width by connecting two CosyLift devices to each other with a Synchro cable. You can get the necessary cable as an optional accessory here in the shop.

**Q: Do I need a Synchro cable if I have two single mattresses?**
A: If you have two single mattresses in a double bed, you don’t need a Synchro cable; instead, you can adjust each mattress individually. However, there is naturally the option of controlling both single mattresses in parallel with the cable.

**Q: How can I control the CosyLift via app?**
A: You can optionally control the CosyLift via app. To do this, a Bluetooth dongle, sold separately, is needed, which you can buy here in the shop as the “Cosy Smart Receiver”. This is an adapter to control the CosyLift via mobile app.

### ⭐⭐⭐ seems to work, but parts fell off

I bought this for my mum. We set it up today at it seems to work. Hoping its long term reliable. By way of feedback for the manufacturers... The plastic transport clip fell out on unboxing. I think this is why the plastic feet that fit into the piston fell out. It took us 20 minutes to work out what the part was and where to fit it back in. I'm hoping we got it right. It would be good if it was glued in place rather than loose. The straps on the non slip pad are very wide apart. As such, the unit keeps slipping out of them. It would be good if they were closer and held it. The unit is butted up against a headboard so i'm hoping this will do the job. If we had a slippy base or no headboard it might be a problem. That said, the straps are elastic so not sure now much the pad would help anyway. Apart from that, it seems well built and easy to use and has no problem lifting the mattress. Mum's happy. If it weren't for the above, i'd have given 5 stars. We might have just got a duff unit. If you do buy one, hope the above helps.
