Everything is solid with this kit. The 60 lb. kit is more than I'll ever need, since I can use all 3 cords on the hand grips at once (I'm not there yet, probably never will be). My old Lifeline Home Gym that I bought off QVC in the mid-90's finally rotted out, and there was no question I was going with the same brand.

Great cable and Attachments they literally could last a lifetime with all I put them through but due to my humid environment and storage about two have broken. But they felt great, and I would definitely buy another set or two actually

My current Lifeline set has been great. it’s an excellent home gym solution. I ordered this kit to compliment the same kit I’ve used for years. I namely bought it to get an additional pink band (30lb) and red band (40lb) which I use these the most. I’ve now got an extra set of handles, another door anchor, the orange cable (50lb) plus the carring bag! Now, I can wear the carrying bag versus my backpack, as the carrier has strings / straps to wear like a backpack. Nice bonus to catch it on sale.

Great resistance bands. You can choose the resistance depending on how many bands and which ones you put on there. you can put up to 3 bands at once. it also comes with a device that you can hang this on the door. people that say there are no directions. it's resistance bands look up youtube videos on what you can do with them. come on people don't give it a bad review because you don't know how to exercise.
