I have been running this MAXcam for a little over a week now and it has not picked up a single false signal. I run it in AutoLoK mode in the city/suburbs, and then Highway when otherwise. I disabled X band, and toggled on K, and Ka "super wide." I live in a very police heavy area and I am only getting alerted when there is a police car nearby running radar. I have not encountered many issues with the Drive Smarter app. It connects within 30 seconds and I can edit the settings easily, and the map works great.
