I have LED flashlights that are 15 years old that still works. When it works, it works good but not a good investment since it has a short shelf life. I wouldn't recommend this product as it's very cheaply made, unless you want to replace your light every year. ### ⭐ Not recommend. *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2020* Ordered on April 21, 2019 and now( Nov 3rd, 2020) it has gone bad, flickers and wont come one. I have LED flashlights that are 6 years old that still works fine ( From GE). When it works, it works okay with poor color range, the white is not true white. Its but not a good investment since it has a short shelf life and poor color. I wouldn't recommend this product as it's very cheaply made( 90% items made in china are cheaply made), unless you want to replace your light every year and damage your eyes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Proactive customer service *by P***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2020* I bought this product for our laundry room and liked it. It gave good bright light. But after 6 months it failed. I messaged the vendor through the Amazon site and the vendor promptly sent a replacement. Some time later I had a problem with the second unit. This time I could not message the vendor through Amazon. Instead, Amazon routed things through a "Seller Messaging Assistant" beta application. We all know how bad some of these applications can be: they give you choices for everything except what you need! Finally, in desperation, I posted a review with the details. The vendor almost instantly contacted me and offered another replacement, or a refund, at my choice. You can't beat that for customer service! I give the vendor 5 stars for service, but only 4 stars for the product. It's great when it works, but it should be more reliable.
