**Q: can you reset this**
A: So did I,... 😉

**Q: What does it do !?...my shower temperature keeps fluctuating from quite cold to quite hot...would this help ?**
A: I bought this because my shower hose got kinked somehow,  that made the pressure build up so much that it blew out the tiny rubber ball that regulates the pressure inside the shower,  I replaced the old one with the new PRD and  it stopped the water gushing out from underneath the shower unit,  as far as I'm aware, this doesn't  have anything to do with regulating the temperature of the water,  that sounds like you need a new thermostat,  hope this helps  x

**Q: how is the outlet pipe fitted for 8.5 cse**
A: A plumber fitted mine, but there are vidios on YouTube to show how..
