Review: This is the queso i was looking for. - Soooo, ad some of you may know, Costco stopped carrying the Que Bueno nachos sauce in stores. I was VERY bummed because it is a family tradition. I ended up g a thing the Que Bueno Jalapeño cheese sauce bur it is NOT the same. It tasted like plastic with a touch of Jalapeño juice. This one, however, is delicious. It is almost exactly like the one costco used to carry but it a tiny different. The fact that there is no dyes is fantastic. I would whole heartedly recommend and plan on bringing this to my family's next holiday party, so we can relive the tradition!!

**Q: I would like to know how to store the open container? Ambient shelf means what ...can an open container can be stored without refrigeration or not?**
A: Hi, easy to do. Get a coffee can that has the same size lid. Take the plastic cover off and use on the open cheese can. Put in refrigerator and it will last about two weeks.

**Q: I need a can pump for a can**
A: You would be much better off with a heated pump for this can. You can put the contents into a crock pot and spoon it out, but it's messy to do so.

**Q: Can I boil this to make macaroni and cheese?**
A: I did not boil the Chef-mate White Cheddar Cheese when making macaroni and cheese. I boiled the macaroni, drained it, then added the Chef-mate White Cheddar Cheese and baked for fifteen minutes and topped with cooked chopped broccoli and bacon bits. I do not know how the Chef-mate White Cheddar would taste or look after boiling.

**Q: Can you repackage in smaller amounts and freeze it?**
A: Can Chef-mate products be frozen after the can is opened?
