I only used light amounts of this stuff. Everyone said I looked like I was burning badly and that I would be in trouble the next day. I'll admit that I was going a fairly worrying shade of red but it just didn't feel like I was burning. Sure enough, I got away with it COMPLETELY unscathed. That's the first time that's happened, so in that respect this formulation is utterly amazing in my opinion.
