It was extremely difficult to get them to work with the app. I attempted to contact Arlo and they said I would have to contact the person I bought them from. And the seller had completely disappeared off of desertcart when I went back to look for them! I'm only able to write this review, because I was going back through my orders to get information and noticed I was able to click on it again. Just go to arlo's website and buy the cameras. They are significantly cheaper. DO NOT BUY THESE! THIS IS A SCAM!
