Delicious, juicy, gluten-free
Deliciously juicy and flavourful fish with tiny tasty breadcrumbs, very tender once cooked. No difference to ones with gluten, maybe even better. Super simple and convenient to oven bake. I always keep a box in the freezer to spare.The ingredients listed here are a bit mangled, but these are indeed gluten free. One of the product images show the box and ingredients: “Alaska Pollock (FISH) (65%) Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Salt, Cornflour), Rapeseed Oil, Potato Starch, Cornflour Water, Rice Semolina, Potato Flakes, Salt, Pea Fibre, Pea Starch.”
