Super plus holds my flow better than any other tampons. It feels like a luxury compared to tampons I used growing up with the cardboard sides and cotton tip. Ouch and awkward. And I'm only 27! Tampons have made huge strides in the last ten years. This is the only brand I will ever buy. PS super plus doesn't mean you have a super big you know what, it means you have a super FLOW.
