Resistance is good and layering up bands increases this if needed. The stretch is good and they don't feel like they're going to break when in use. Come with a handy little black bag so you can put them away tidy and instructions for some basic exercises however you can find so many tutorials online. Overall they're great!

These bands have been great for the money paid. The selection is good, I find I tend to use the heavier ones and even layer up multiple bands. Resistance is good and layering up bands increases this if needed. The stretch is good and they don't feel like they're going to break when in use. Come with a handy little black bag so you can put them away tidy and instructions for some basic exercises however you can find so many tutorials online. Overall they're great!
