Having larger biceps, I had all but given up on getting accurate readings from standard cuffs , they either cut off circulation or gave inconsistent results. This one is different , it fits well without turning the process into a wrestling match. The material feels well-made: durable yet soft on the skin. The Velcro is strong without being difficult to undo.Setting up my Omron monitor was relatively straightforward. The package came with all the necessary connectors, and they even included adaptors for different machines. One of them did feel a bit flimsy, though.I've been checking my blood pressure more often lately, especially after long hours at the computer or late nights working. You simply wrap the cuff around your arm, press the button, and the reading begins.It’s worth mentioning that the cuff isn’t exactly compact , unlike the smaller ones that can fit easily into a bedside drawer. That said, I’d rather use something that fits properly than struggle with a smaller cuff that barely wraps halfway around my arm.

Needed to replace my old cuff which was same make, it would be nice if there was one in between the two sizes but I haven’t found one yet. That said it’s value for money and doing the job. Good delivery time

This just what I needed. The standard cuffs are always to small for me . This cuff actually fits my arm i do have big arms . The quality is very good just like the original. The velcro is strong super grip. Simple to use it co.e with different attachments so should fit . Worth purchasing if you have larger arms like me .
