Most others just offer the needle size of 0.25 or 0.3, that's ridiculous. Using this, I really love being able to get the punctures that I want. It is painful, but DUH!!! Obviously, if you poke your skin with sharp things, it hurts, but for what I want to achieve, it's necessary. And that's why I numb up first before I roll. The only thing I don't like about this is the device is painted. I would prefer just pure, no painted-on device.
