In fact, I had to stop taking them after 3 weeks as they weren’t having a good effect on me at all.Firstly, I never have trouble sleeping, but whilst taking these my sleep was very interrupted and I was waking through the night. Secondly, (and apologies in advance for this) but my pooping has always been regular and trouble free. Whilst taking these my toileting went to pot and I wasn’t going as often as usual. I had stomach pains sometimes and also a few headaches. And to top it all, I’m now 4lbs HEAVIER than I was before I started taking them.Some reviews are very positive, however this wasn’t my experience at all. I wasted an awful lot of money.
