These gummies taste surprisingly good, making it easy to stick to my supplement regimen. I’ve noticed improved muscle endurance and less fatigue during workouts. Taste really nice, to the point I want to take more than the recommended amount. I’m not sure how good a quality creatine they contain, I’m a bit sceptical due to how tasty they are.

I would have given a 5 stars review if they were vegetarian, and didn’t have gelatine and shellfish in the ingredients. But unfortunately, they do. I didn't realise when ordering them.Other than that, they are proper chewy gummies — with a nice taste and have added magnesium. I'm not yet sure if they are making a difference, but I enjoying taking them.

Can't give 0 stars..Thought I'd get these as an easy way to get my creatine in, prior I was having the usual powder.After a couple of months on these I noticed my strength dropping a bit and muscle fullness dropping. I moved back to powder again and noticed the benefits within a couple of weeks again. Why review now? Well.. I've just see James Smiths analysis on these Gummies.. Less than 2% creatine in a serving.. Avoid them like the plague

Of the back of this suppliers other products I bought these. The sealed container arrived in super quick time. The gummies taste great, not too strong and artificial like some and deliver that support for heavy workouts.
