If you're not a total tummy sleeper, 100% recommend. I'm not a tummy sleeper at all. I'm a 100% back sleeper. I'm on week 2 of recovery & without this bed I'd be miserable. I sleep on my stomach a hour or 2 then switch to this bed a hour or 2. Then repeat all night. It makes a bad situation a little better. I use a body pillow in the hole to cover the ground & hold my back up so I don't fall through. Then use my bed pillow so my head doesn't hang. I put a foot stool at the end so my feet don't dangle. Waking up to tingling numb feet is not fun. I'm 5'9 & weigh 140lbs. I have to put air in every few days. The little pump that comes with makes the process easy.
