The company includes no instructions or a QR code to a video that explains anything. I was able to figure out how to remove the metal segments to make the watch band smaller, but it took a bit of guessing. Unfortunately even after removing two segments, then adding one back in, the watch band was either too tight or too loose. So this isn't a good product for my needs.
