Slight bolt/thread misalignments on the backrest complicated the assembly, but it was worth the effort for the result. Got it set up with perfect center of gravity and pad/body alignment so I can literally balance horizontally and even do stretches there, then just lower myself slowly by moving my arms to shift the COG. Have gone up to 3, so far (second day), little delicious cracks, and no negatives other than the heating/massage pad was too big to be comfy, so I removed it. Easy mount/dismount. Nicely-conceived design. Got an amazing shiatsu pillow to help with spasms, too. Bob and Brad. Genius.
