I have an older version of the bag with 2 wheels, and the 2-wheel version definitely has a little more room. But the convenience of the easy glide 4 wheels makes this a great bag. It also comes with a 2 pocket strap-in "attachment" to store fluids and small items. It helps also keep things in place inside the bag and it came in very handy to store all my bathroom items.
