The mirror arrived cracked, and most of the parts were missing. I can’t even build the product because nothing aligns properly — the holes don’t match up, and essential components are simply not there. I contacted customer service with a full list of missing and incorrect items, only to be told they can’t send spare parts. Their idea of resolving this? A refund and a £16 “compensation” — as if that makes up for the fact I now have two unusable mirrors and an entire vanity I can’t assemble or use. Now, on top of all this, I’m expected to spend my own time and money to dispose of their faulty, incomplete product. Absolutely unacceptable from start to finish.
