Toddy Cold Brew System is a non-electric coffee maker, for making cold water filtered coffee, replacing heat with brew time (up to 12 hours), resulting coffee with 50-67% less acidity than conventional methods and a robust and gentle taste. This brand new design comes with an acrylic backing to maximize the volume of extract you can get from one batch.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it dishwasher safe?**
A: Absolutely. This was purchased for a restaurant and has been run through a commercial dishwasher daily for months with no problems. Label eventually came off the outside but that was all.

**Q: Is it 2.5 or 5 gallons?**
A: The unit itself is 5 gallons but the end yield is around 2.5 gallons of cold brew after the brewing process

**Q: I would like to know its possible get the Lid and spigot?**
A: We do not sell replacement parts for the commercial Toddy on Amazon. They are special order from the manufacturer and not made to be sold individually

**Q: Does it include lid the lid?**
A: Yea. The lid is included.
