**Q: Does this slip and slide when running or does it hold securely? I had a calf one and it would slide to my ankle when running no matter how tight I mad**
A: So it stays in place but I can’t wear mine it is scratchy I to wear a tee shirt with it over it to keep from bothering me I don’t recommend is one

A: Definitely otherwise it’s useless!!

A: No.
