It’s a sturdy, clean, and convenient way to collect daily food scraps. The durable stainless steel body looks attractive on the kitchen counter, while the charcoal-filtered lid does an excellent job of controlling odors. Even after several days of collecting coffee grounds, vegetable peelings, and other scraps, there’s no lingering smell. For easier maintenance, I recommend rinsing the filter rather than soaking it to help preserve its odor-blocking ability. Lining the bin with compostable bags also helps reduce moisture and simplifies cleanup and no fliesI typically empty it once a week, and the leak-resistant design makes the process quick and mess-free.I highly recommend this compost bin.
