It was in the wind rain and sand and still looked new when we were finished. It's easy to wipe down and has a water resistant top. The purple color that I got was very pretty it was like a lilac sort of color. The elastic held on to the table quite well We had some high winds during our potluck and the tablecloth stayed in place without any issues. It fit perfectly on the 8-ft plastic folding table with a slightly snug fit that was just right. I will definitely be purchasing more of these for later events.
