The knife has a bit of weight to it which assists with the cutting and feels really good in your hand. It appears to be well made and so far I would say excellent value for money. Love my knife. Tried the Japanese shaped ergonomic and returned. Felt as if it needed sharpening ! This knife is SHARP, STURDY, WELL MADE and can highly recommend. Mustn’t go in the dishwasher but no problem with that.
