Thin, lightweight, good material. However, it's falling apart quickly. I've had it about two months, and used this iPad around the house, not out and about. It's never been dropped, let alone on a hard surface. A couple weeks ago, I noticed that one of the corners of the black plastic part that grips and retains the iPad had a chip out of it for no apparent reason. Figured I must have bumped it into something and forgotten. This morning, a much larger chip came out of another corner, and I KNOW it hasn't experienced any hard treatment these past few weeks, let alone today. I figure it might be cracking under the "tension" it uses to hold the iPad in place. At this rate, it won't retain the iPad well for very long and I'll have to search for a new case. Very nice product, great vendor, and Amazon's customer service is first-rate! ### ⭐ Plastic that hold ipad is BRITTLE and breaks with sharp edges *by O***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2020* This is actually a very good ipad pro case EXCEPT for the fact they used really cheap brittle plastic to hold the ipad. The plastic breaks at the corners and continues to slowly break away with use. After 18 months all four corners have broken away leaving sharp corners and edges.
