It provides the support lacking between the headrest and my head. I chose this particular one because it is made with memory foam, and forms to your body instead of just being a hard piece of foam to rest against. The design is excellent, as it has a soft velour cover and straps to easily secure it to the headrest.It feels fantastic to support my neck and rest my head when riding in the car. It can be used also while driving, but may feel a little too much for the driver. It is really best as a neck rest for passengers. So far I have bought three of these, as every woman who rides in my car wants one of their own, and I have given them for gifts.
