Review: Great addition for bowflex PR1000 - I’ve been looking for a curl bar for a while to go with my Bowflex PR1000. The Bowflex is great but with the 1000, there aren’t many attachments that accommodate it. However, when I came across this curl bar, I went ahead and ordered it. It came in promptly and works like a charm. I love how it has latches on both sides so it works with the PR1000 like a charm.

**Q: Which total gyms does this fit?  we're looking for a total gym and will want to attach this to it.**
A: This EZ bar accessory fits on all models.

**Q: I did not get this**
A: very good piece of equipment

**Q: does it fit X-Force?**
A: If the handles on your Fit X-Force clip on and off, then the EZ Curl bar will work. I leave my handles attached when using the EZ Curl bar to make it easier to switch between exercises.

**Q: What is the max weight capacity?**
A: The GR8 Flex gym system has a weight capacity of 450 lbs so they wouldn't have included in their total gym package if it could not hold up to the weight capacity. I use it on my TOTAL GYM FIT to do curls , upright rows, skull crushers, tricep press downs and my weight is 195 lbs. I hope this answers your question.

This made a nice big difference in alternate movements and angles. Very good quality. Packaged well and arrived quickly. Great value for the money ! While I didn't trust or know enough of the producing company to get their full total gym type machine, I took a chance on their accessory and can say I'm glad I did, it is a great addition for my new TG machine.
