While 0.3mm slit gave correct results with an average error 1.7%, 0.2mm slit gave consistently wrong results. Although it would be difficult to confirm, I suspect the slit is labelled wrongly on a diaphragm and is actually 0.25mm wide. Then average error would be then 1.89%, not 18.5%, consistent with other measurments.
