**Q: There are contradictions as to the height. Which one is correct?**
A: It is 14cm high

**Q: What is the top surface made from? What makes it non-slip? Pity there's not a full product description.**
A: It seems to be made of very hardwearing plastic and is treated with a non -slip surface.It is 6" high .The legs are sturdy and strong. Ive found it a godsend since my hip replacement.

**Q: What is the maximum load capacity of this step**
A: Well I'm 20 1/2stone and the step is solid ,no movement,so feel very safe.

**Q: Can you give the size in imperial measurement please**
A: The platform (the bit you stand on) of the stool is 16" long and 9"" wide.   It is 5.5" high.   The stool's legs protrude out to give an overall width of 12" (this provides that extra bit of stability).   I thoroughly recommend this stool - very stable and makes it very easy to get into and out of the bath for the morning shower.

Following a right hip replacement, this was just what we needed for my wife post surgery. It was ideal. Can't really say much more. Prompt delivery, good quality, excellent all round. In fact, when she is fully recovered, she said it will do to get into the top of the kitchen cupboards, so there is life afterwards as well.

With ever-aging/painful knees, was finding it very difficult to get into the bath for the morning shower. Needed something sturdy but not too large, and this step has fitted the bill perfectly. Not a step of huge height, but the few inches that it provides has made stepping into the bath much, much easier. It is stable, and can be propped up in the bathroom corner when not in use, so takes up little space overall. Very glad I bought it.

A very, very sturdy and lightweight stool and even if I put all my 11+ stone right on the edge it doesn't wobble. Absolutely wonderful and at 6" it's the same height as a normal step so no struggle whatsoever. Thank goodness we bought it.
