I have washed using a vat of brand new 100% alcohol, mild detergents or water as I do all other resins by Elegoo. As for curing I have used an Anycubic Wash & Cure station ranging from a few seconds to a full cycle. Also left in sun to naturally us UV light as well as a hand held UV light.
