I have a cockatiel who had a broken leg. He was under veterinary care for a few weeks. The leg had to be amputated. The medium size worked best for me. Delivery each time was prompt, only one day. The bird looks adorable in these well made, soft collars. The bird can eat and drink in them without a problem. He took to them right away. He does try to remove the bow but that keeps him busy and away from the leg.
