Review: Perfect first scooter for my 3 year old - Bought this for my daughter’s third birthday and she is obsessed. We use it on every walk around the neighborhood while I push the baby in the stroller and it’s been so helpful for keeping her moving alongside us. The LEDs light up when she pedals and she thinks it’s pure magic. She asks for it the moment she wakes up. Folding feature is nice in theory but the button is really stiff and I always need two hands to collapse it. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing if you plan to fold and unfold a lot. Sturdy, well made, and worth every penny. Would buy again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The folding mechanism is also very convenient, making it easy to store the scooter in the lower basket of a stroller when needed. Micro Kickboard also has outstanding customer service. We had an issue with the folding mechanism, and they sent a replacement part immediately. Minor point: I only wish the handlebar extended a bit higher—not for my daughter, but because we often use the scooter with me pushing it while she stands on it with both feet. A higher handlebar would make this a little more comfortable for me. Overall, a great present for my daughter and an instant family favorite.
