Review: Very good condition. Easy to fix. - Perfect item.
Review: Works well, easy to adjust - I bought this to replace a closer on our door to the garage that was starting to fail. I wanted one that would not stay open like our last one since we sometimes didn't notice that the door was left open. This one fit the bill. It has a template to install that was a great help. It is also very easy to adjust with separate adjustments for the power to close in general and the latching speed. After installation and adjustment, the door was harder to open than I had hoped but after using it for a while, it is now easier to open.
