Review: Very sharp - This is a very good product but not totally suited to my bread making needs. When I want to make bread, I leave the dough to proof in a large plastic bowl. I don't knead but twist and fold the dough. While the Forno Allegro Dough Cutter is very well made, it is actually too rigid for my purposes. I have realised that I need a less flimsy cutter than my broken plastic one but less rigid than this one.

Brilliant dough cutter, the wooden handle gives it a lovely rustic feel and that blade is brilliantly sharp for slicing through my dough and getting those stubborn dried-on pieces off the counter. Lovely fit in my hand (I’m female if that helps) and easy to wash. Would thoroughly recommend

The Forno Allegro dough cutter has a lovely sharp blade that cuts through dough cleanly, cuts through just about anything to be honest! The handle is smooth, wooden and aesthetically pleasing. I’m not sure if the company has more products but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them if needed, they’ve gained my trust here.
