Review: The go to hinge - Great quality, easy to fit. Highly recommend. Review: Easy to install/adjust soft closer for amateur DIY'er. - I have several flat pack cupboards which I put in place about 10years ago. Over the years the hinges have worn and the doors were badly out of alignment. After much searching and watching You Tube videos I came across these hinges, with a soft closing mechanism. They are also easily adjustable so that the doors are in perfect alignment. Took approximately 5 minutes to remove the 2 old hinges and about 7 minutes to fit the new hinges. Once fitted it was just a matter of adjusting the screws on the hinges to get perfect alignment The soft close option can be switched on/off as preferred. I have seven more cupboards to do and these hinges will resolve the issue I have. Having so many options in one hinge is great and makes life so easy for this amateur DIY'er. Would thoroughly recommend. ## Features - Blum 110° hinge with integrated soft close mechanism - For standard overlay applications - Mounting plate included for 18mm cabinets (173L8100) - Nickel plated ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B06Y1QV6KT | | Best Sellers Rank | 25,718 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 92 in Cabinet Hinges | | Brand | Blum | | Colour | Nickel Plated | | Country of Origin | Poland | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 211 Reviews | | Finish | Nickel Plated | | Finish type | Nickel Plated | | Hole count | 2 | | Manufacturer | Blum | | Material | Nickel | | Model Number | 71B3550 & 173L8100 | | Mounting Type | Door Mount | | Mounting type | Door Mount | | Number of Holes | 2 | | Part Number | 71B3550 & 173L8100 | | UPC | 636983967582 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Unit count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Blum - **Colour:** Nickel Plated - **Finish type:** Nickel Plated - **Hole count:** 2 - **Manufacturer:** Blum - **Material:** Nickel - **Mounting type:** Door Mount - **Number of Packs:** 1 - **Number of items:** 1 - **Unit count:** 1.0 count ## Images ![Blum 110° Clip Top Blumotion Soft Close Hinge & Mount 71B3550 & 173L8100 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+96dXozWL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are there two hinges to one pack or is this just one single hinge as described?** A: There is only one! Having bought these from Amazon previously I was sure that they would be good quality and they were. These are the best kitchen hinges by a mile. I love the clip on fittings which make fitting so much easier. This supplier is the cheapest I could find too. Highly recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - Blum 110° Clip Top Blumotion Soft Close Hinge & Mount 71B3550 & 173L8100 - Jig Template for Kitchen,Bedroom,Bathroom Cabinet Hinges and Mounting Plates - Blum (8 Pcs) Clip Top BLUMOTION 110 Degree Standard Hinge Kitchen Cabinet Cupboard Door Hinge 71MB3550, Self-Close Mechanism Hinge, Full Overlay, Fast Assembly Buffering Hinge, Made in Austria --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.de/products/54778421-blum-110-clip-top-blumotion-soft-close-hinge-and-mount](https://www.desertcart.de/products/54778421-blum-110-clip-top-blumotion-soft-close-hinge-and-mount) --- *Product available on Desertcart Germany* *Store origin: DE* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
