These tablets are the only thing that prevent a dehydration headache the next day. It says to take a max of 4 in a 24hr period but I did take 5 last week and didn't die :p The different flavours are really nice as well - I've tried the Lime, Watermelon, Orange and Berry. Berry is my favourite but they're all surprisingly nice and encourage water drinking. Review: Brillint for everyday use - I've tried lots of products for replacing electrolytes, due to having numerous health issues, and these are by far the best I've tried without question. They rehydrate fantastically. However the added extras of vitamiins and minerals make this a cut above the rest. They have made me more mentally alert, reducing the brain fog from medications. I have a lot more energy during the day and I feel like I'm sleeping better at night. I feel the best I've felt in a very long time and I would highly recommend Phizz to everyone. The drink itself is refreshing and the 2 flavours I've tried, the orange and the cherry, taste great and are enjoyable to drink. The cherry flavour also has added guarana and caffine. I find this one is best to have when you first wake up and then I have the regular orange flavour for the rest of the day. As I find the amount of caffine and guarana in 1 tablet/drink is enough to keep me going for the whole day. I think they are great value too if compared to other electrolyte powders/tablets plus they have the added vitamins and minerals. Got what I needed in it. Been taking these as it was recommended after I slipped a disc in my back. I’ve tried four flavours, orange is the best, blackcurrant and apple second best, lemon tolerable but not great and mango was not nice at all. The flavours don’t really mask the not nice taste of the salts (though the orange is pretty close so not that bad at all). But the other flavours I’d rather the unflavoured salt sachets which seem to taste better. But I just wanted easy to store tablets. So I’m forcing myself to drink these then will just get orange flavour. It’s probably a trade off as it seems to not have any nasties in it to give fake flavour.
