Oh well.This is a very good ring light for iPhone videos. I live in a dark house and it’s difficult to take videos. Only one window provides light and on a rainy day, I’m out of luck. At least, I was. With this little light, I’ve been able to skype with friends and have them see me, and record videos in different rooms.It won’t light up a room, of course, but it lights up your face well, and with three different settings you can get various skin tones. It made the last video I did look much better. It’s very bright, enough to be blinding, but each color can be turned down so you can get enough light on you and also save your eyesight.It fits the iPhone 7 Plus although a bit tight depending on your case. It has a USB outlet so you need your computer or a charger to use it. And the clip on part feels limiting to me. It clips on a table just fine but it doesn’t feel safe to clip onto a laptop monitor, way too tight. It needs something pretty thin too, the clip doesn’t open very wide and can be awkward with the light and camera going. That’s minor and I’m sure it can be set up for regular videos.Still, for the price you pay, it’s a nice little ring light that will keep you out of the dark. Some fussing with setup is to be expected.It’s adjustable, both with the camera and the light, keeps you out of the dark and makes your skin look smoother and is portable.
