Review: Excellent for Rehabbing - I used one of there at physical therapy for a sore shoulder and again to strengthen my core. It works very well when used properly, BUT, similar to isometric exercises, it will take a while to experience results. There is a sleeve to make this usable on the neck as well. This works best on a solid surface, carpet, or a PT table, and only on a bed or pillow as a last resort. Well worth the money. I would recommend this item to my acquaintances that I think would actually use it.

**Q: Who still owns a vcr? how about a cd-rom or just make it available digitally on mobile devices.**
A: There is an app you can download for your phone that has all the information on it

Does this work well for people who are overweight?**
A: My belt including the pouch measured approximately 40 inches.  The way the pouch attaches to the straps, you would be able to cut the existing strap and install a longer strap.
