He says "it's comfortable but a bit annoying that I have to keep my jaw shut so I can't talk very well" My three star rating reflects the confusing instruction guide and lack of important information and inadequate box. 1.It says " youth size 11- " I took a risk buying this size because this isn't clear what age it goes up to.. It does fit I'm happy to say. 2.The instructions enclosed says boil it in a saucepan then take it out the pan and then "see mouthguard type for next step" but when you read further it says no boiling required. The outer packaging says "no boiling required". This is a bit confusing. 3.There is no information about which way up to insert it in your mouth. 4. The box supplies with it is too shallow for it so you have to squash it to close it.
