## Description

A follow up to the bestselling The Great Nursery Rhyme Disaster. Fairytales have never been funnier than in this outrageously silly picture book! Once upon a time there lived an old Big Bad Wolf. He no longer has any huff and puff to blow down the Three Little Pigs' houses so he scampers off into the pages of the Fairy Tale book to find a new one. He tries one tale after another, but things never quite work to plan. Will he find a fairytale that suits him perfectly? With all the well-known and well-loved fairytales, including Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. 'It's madness and mayhem which results in a very funny, laugh out loud book.' The Bookbag

Review: A great giggle! - Absolutely love this book! As a drama teacher, I'm always looking for new stories, and desperately hoping for something a bit different! This book is just that, with the wolf as the main character in the story he is fed up of his fairytale, and goes looking for a new one to be in. Fit of giggles begin as the wolf ends up in a ballgown and glass slippers in Cinderella, and being kissed by the prince in sleeping beauty. My kids loved this story, especially joining in with parts of the text easily recognisable - such as "Fee, fi, fo, fum" and as the characters ultimately descend into chaos. A great story for acting out with a group, or for reading one to one - highly recommend.
Review: A brilliant retelling of the stories we all love - Really well written and funny tale. A completely new take on the familiar stories we all know and love. My 4 year old loved it and giggled out loud as we listened to what the wolf did next!
