**Q: If I have 2 cars next to each other, and get 2 of these, is each one on a different frequency?**
A: This Wireless Remote Car Kill Switch has a separate coded link for both the controller and the remote control. It is not directly related to how many devices are installed next to this one. The only thing to note is that you can't press the buttons on both device remotes at the same time, so the two devices will interfere with each other and the controller may not work properly. Not pressing them at the same time will not be a problem.

**Q: Will the REMOTE Control unit Drain the battery due to it being connected to the battery and useing some power for maintaining wireless reciver?**
A: No, the standby current is extremely low at only 5mA so you can use it with confidence. Tip: It is important to note that the batteries need to be replenished when they are depleted. It is recommended to replenish the battery every 2 months.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used as Kill Switch but Not to Battery.

Disconnecting battery might cause problems for fuel trim and other computer related settings. I placed the solenoid ( a real old school mechanical contact) between the fuse marked “START” in the fuse box. In the off state it draws no power. In the on state it draws about 1/4 amp. No problem when the car is running. I just need to make sure if stored for long periods to turn off the relay. Works perfectly and highly recommended. Solid state relays do not work in my application because of a 0.7 voltage drop in the closed position that makes it look open to the computer.
