I bought a selection recently, just tried the stem ginger and without doubt they are the absolute best shortbreads I’ve eaten to date ! Stem ginger level is just perfect to give the little ginger fizz/burn , then shortbread is lovely and buttery! Bit expensive but hey I’ve just ordered another couple of tins of the ginger as I know they ain’t going to last long !

I’m a bit of a shortbread head ! Usually buy luxury items which I’ve been perfectly happy with! I bought a selection recently, just tried the stem ginger and without doubt they are the absolute best shortbreads I’ve eaten to date !
